My Experiences With Educational Technologies

Since I was doing video editing for youtube from time to time, I was used to preparing media content for user's entertainment. However, it was the first time that I created a podcast for educational purposes with a dear partner who is my friend Toprak . We wrote the funny story first, divided it into two, then recorded each part individually, and edited the audio file with several software such as Audacity and Vegas Pro 17. Combining these gave us an important advantage in exceeding the limits of our creativity. Also, it was fun to feel free to adjust and use several digital tools for our purposes.   Hi, Today I would like to discuss the Padlet experience I had recently, and my humble thoughts about the overall effect the collaborative writing tools have on the development of 21st-century learning  It can be a rush statement but for me, and my friends, this experience was much easier than wiki writing because of the modern interface and tools it brings for creators. Probably all of us have been in situations that made us visit the wiki pages to get information for our daily needs or responsibilities like completing homework. Even with that huge use of wikis, surely none of us had thoughts about how they have been written. They were always there for us to read. Today, I and my friend Toprak experienced the other side, the enormous community working for us and serving our needs. Planning, writing, and reviewing were the processes we followed for writing our wiki page. It was enjoyable to follow this course with my friend, of course, especially deciding on the addition of media assets for our wiki was a fun experience. Although it was enjoyable, the idea of someone going to read our page to get information to decide whether to watch the film or not was serious, I think. Before the examination of the memes and the humor culture with the learning environment formed around them, we should look into what made all of that possible: technology, the Internet, and sharing information part of it, specifically.  After we shared our experiences and learned from each other by using web 1.0, web 2.0 and its creativity tools led to an era of countless innovative ideas about all things surrounding us. One of them, of course, was about education. As a young teacher candidate, I was born into this digital world of exploding new innovations. My students will experience the same fate as well. However, the complexity and impact it has on them definitely will be more than me and my generation had. Maybe they will be familiar with artificial intelligence-created information, or they will communicate with machines in their daily lives.
